Insurance Policies

Heartland Chiropractic Clinic Insurance Policies

We are in‐network providers for most insurance companies including:

The Veteran’s Administration does cover chiropractic care IF your primary care doctor at the VA has authorized it.

We are NOT an in‐network provider for United Health Care. This includes standard United Health Care, United Health Care Medicare, United Health Care Medicaid and Humana. If your policy pays out of network benefits, we are able to submit those claims.

To find out if your insurance policy covers chiropractic care, you can contact the customer service number on the back of your card.

The military insurance Tri‐Care, both standard and Prime, does NOT cover ANY type of chiropractic care. This includes using Tri‐Care as a primary insurance carrier or as a secondary insurance to any type of insurance including all types of Medicare. All co‐pays are due at the time of visit. Billing is sent out by our office no later than the 5thof the month. If payment is not received by the 5th day of the following month, the account will be deemed to be delinquent. Delinquent accounts are treated as follows:

Payment Options are available for delinquent accounts. You may contact the office manager to make payment arrangements. Our clinic welcomes accident and worker’s compensation cases. We also work with attorneys. Please note that the patient is ultimately responsible for any balance that may not be covered by their insurance.
