Our staff:

Dr. Tom Smith, D.C., is an 1993 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He also has a degree from Iowa State University and Faith Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, is board certified in chiropractic neurology, is Advanced Proficiency Rated in Activator Methods, and is a certified NET practitioner. Insurance Plans:

Our goal is to make chiropractic and alternative health care affordable to you. Please ask if you have any questions concerning finances.

As a service to you, we file most insurance claims with your insurance carrier. Contact our office if you have any questions concerning insurance coverage or billing. While most of the insurance companies with which we participate have chiropractic coverage, some company plans do not cover it, so contact your insurance company to see if you have coverage.

We participate as a provider for the following plans:

We also file auto accident cases and work with attorneys. In auto accidents, our policy is to bill your auto insurance company first. If the auto accident was not your fault, this will not affect your rates.
